cottonrolls.jpg - Natasha and I drove south from San Cristobal to the city of Comitan (pop.120,000) on Friday morning. Sr. Fernando had woven the cotton on a standing loom that took up most of his studio, which was upstairs backed up against a hillside. His wife was away working in a clothing store. His daughter, 20 yrs. old, is studying law.DSC02044
